The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable but staff is are rude don’t respect booking .com details and don’t care about details. I asked for bottom floor because I use a cane and he said I’m sorry I don’t care!!!

The hotel was very nice. It was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in but didn't smell like cleaning products. The beds were comfortable, the towels were very soft and not scratchy. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always spoke to us when we came through the lobby. We had an issue with our TV and the owner came to fix it. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the breads and bagels were always fresh and the coffee was great! With all the security cameras and inside doors, my mother and I felt completely safe. We will definitely stay here the next time we come back!

Our room was small but fully equipped for 2 people on an overnight stay. My favorite was a reclining chair so comfortable I could have slept on it. I have never had a recliner in any hotel/motel. We were on the first floor and it was very quiet. The entire facility was really clean with tile floor, not carpet. I highly recommend.

The hotel meets expectations as an affordable and decent spot to spend a night or two on a road trip, not more. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel serves a classic breakfast, including eggs, sausages, hot waffles, toasts, fruits, etc - hearty enough to keep you going through the first half of the day.

The gentleman that checked us in was extremely helpful - had several recommendations for nearby activities, restaurants, general information about the hotel. We took half a day to travel to Cloudcroft, NM and it was totally worth it! I think he was the owner (?). He also offered to borrow a couple of sleds to use at the White Sands. The breakfast was standard Continental fare and worked for us. Room was by the highway and was worried about noise, but it was super quiet and the curtains covered the outdoor lights well.

Mr. Victor and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful! The facility and rooms were very clean. The room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed just like the larger more expensive rooms.

breakfast exceptional,,, soooo clean,,, I felt very comfortble eating there,,,, beautiful!,,hard boiled eggs!! waffles,, all kinds of selections,,,, everything was well stocked and spotless !,, the staff were so helpful,,,

The rooms were very clean and comfy. The staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, the building was easily accessible. Other stores close by. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The room had a recliner, I have never had a hotel with a recliner before.
